This fragrant and invigorating herb makes a delightfully refreshing tea, or adds cool spicy flavour to desserts, iced drinks, salads, dressings and meat dishes. Peppermint is widely used as a soothing herbal infusion that may aid digestion. As peppermint tea is caffeine-free, it’s a relaxing substitute for coffee before bedtime.
Best in part shade.
Sow in pots or trays of Yates® Black Magic® Seed Raising Mix, and transplant when 5-6cm tall. Planting in pots will contain its vigorous growth.
